COAPRO ILO
We are the Ilo Olive Producers Cooperative, located in Ilo-Moquegua, Peru. We ship nationwide and abroad. We offer a wide range of products derived from premium-quality, century-old olive trees, such as:
Black olive paste.

Extra virgin olive oil from early harvest.
The olive-growing tradition of the Ilo Valley dates back to the mid-16th century, when the first olive plantations appeared in southern Peru. Since then, olive oil from the Ilo Valley has been known for its quality, a quality that has continued to this day.
Over time, local olive growers have perfected their olive oil-producing tradition, which from its beginnings has incorporated mills, draft animals, oil mills, and vats, preserving the knowledge passed down through generations.

Centenary olive trees at your table
In the Algarrobal Valley, where our olives are harvested, we have the oldest centuries-old olive trees in Peru, identified and recognized by local and regional governments, Serfor, and Sudoliva. Over 400 years old, they were brought directly from Spain. Our pure vines ensure superior flavor, size, and texture, giving them a unique and palatable flavor, distinguishing them and granting our olives premium quality.
Likewise, the microclimates, the proximity to the sea and our land make this wonderful olive unique, the same one that is recognized nationally and internationally. Our rayma is manual and the olives are processed in brine, preserving the ancestral olive growing tradition that they left us in our Ilo Valley. This is an extract from the book by Alejandro Garland published in 1905 where he talks about the recognition for the excellent quality of our Ilo olives in France where they obtained a gold medal.

With this, we encourage consumption and therefore improve the quality of life of the local population. With this in mind, we offer our products in their different presentations.
